Positive Psychology

Positive psychology is a relatively young branch of psychology and the science of what enables individuals, organisations and societies to develop and flourish in the best possible way, i.e. the science of successful living and well-being (cf. Brohm-Badry, Berend 2017).

Positive psychology provides us with scientific tools to focus on the empowering and positive. It is not about ignoring negative emotions, but about gaining a broader perspective on the human experience.

We use the insights of Positive Psychology to help you discover your strengths, increase your sense of well-being and live a meaningful life.

Positive Psychology is a strengths-, values- and meaning-oriented, deeply human approach.
