What would life be without people, without interpersonal relationships?
Without the mutual exchange, the human interaction, the fertilising discourse? 
For me, the answer is very simple: life would not be worth living.

I like people. I like meeting new people. I like sharing ideas and visions with others and creating a community with shared values and ideals, combined with a desire to contribute to society.

I also like my strengths: social intelligence, leadership, authenticity, relationship building and humanity. They make it easy for me to approach people, inspire them, develop them, build bridges, shape teams and create networks of relationships.

Whether in my professional or private life, building relationships and interacting with others is the key to a fulfilled life. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are not just empty words, but lived reality.
